| Let your mind surrender to the movement of the body with a meditative, flowing practice. This class will challenge your muscles and your mind by combining sun salutations and breath directed movement with postures (asanas). It is complete workout for improving cardiovascular fitness, building strength, increasing flexibility, and reducing stress. Each instructor will teach you an accessible, safe, and effective sequence that will open your heart, mind, and soul. |

| IYENGAR |
| Based in the tradition of BKS Iyengar, you will develop an in-depth understanding of breathing practices (pranayama) and postures (asana). Postures are practiced in a particular sequence and held for considerable lengths of time, allowing the effects to penetrate deep within the body. Props such as blocks, belts and chairs are often used to help support the body in different postures while detailed instructions guide you throughout the practice. Expect to increase body awareness, strength and stamina while experiencing how intentions manifest destiny. |
| IYENGAR RESTORATIVE-PRANAYAMA |
| A specific sequence of supported postures (asana) are practiced to prepare the body for pranayama (breathing). You will use many props to experience the restorative benefits postures (asana) bring to the mind and body. Regular practice will penetrate the deepest layers (koshas) of the body to help restore strength, stamina and maintain clarity of mind, while reducing stress and insomnia. |
| KUNDALINI YOGA |
| Kundalini Yoga consists of a number of bodily postures, expressive movements and utterances, sound current, breathing patterns, and degrees of concentration to relax and heal your mind and body and bring a greater feeling of well-being. This powerful and effective form of Yoga, follows the linage taught by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D. With a growing interest in the medical community and clinical medical studies, Kundalini Yoga is a great way to recharge your body. Mukti Yoga is a unique blend of various yogic practices. Everything from Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini elements to Tantric meditation and Chakra balancing are integrated into an inspiring practice. Each class adjusts to the changing seasons and phases of the moon while precise alignment cues are emphasized allowing for a safe and healthy practice. | PRENATAL YOGA |
| A wonderful experience for mom’s-to-be. The class offers more than yoga postures that benefit the health of both mother and baby, while preparing mothers for birth. It also is a welcoming environment for communicating about and improving the psychological aspects fo women’s health during pregnancy. |
| SOMATIC MOVEMENT MEDITATION |
| Integrates body and breathing practices, learned over the past 30 years. These include Dance/Movement therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, Tai Chi, Yoga and Chi Kung among others. The meditation includes mindfulness, breath, and sensory awareness practices. |
| VINIYOGA |
| A term that describes the practice originally taught by T.K. Desikachar: Breath and movement are linked together as a way to move the body and quiet the mind. Students are taught through repetition, adaptation, and careful attention to sequencing that the breath should actually lead the body into and out of each posture to develop a balanced and appropriate practice. Each class will combine these fundamental principles with meditation, chanting and visualization to further deepen the individual experience in a group setting. |
| YOGA FOR BEGINNERS |
| If you are new to yoga, start with this class. It is designed to present the student with a step-by-step introduction into the fundamentals of yoga postures. This level provides each student with the necessary foundation to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. It is recommended all students new to yoga take this level for a minimum of 6 months. |
| YOGA FOR RELAXATION |
| Relaxation is an important goal of yoga practice. The class begins with gentle warm-ups for the body and mind. Supported backbends and twists are offered to open, unwind, and de-stress the body, followed by supported forward bends and resting poses to replenish your immune system. This class produces a harmonious and beneficial completion of your yoga practice or can stand on its own to manage on going stress. |
| YOGA THERAPEUTICS |
| Taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist, this class applies simple yoga postures (asana), proper breathing techniques and meditation to help relieve symptoms associated with diabetes, asthma, digestive disorders, cardiovascular disease, stress or ailments relating to the muscular skeletal system. The class is designed for those who may not be able to participate in a regular yoga class, but wish to receive all the healing benefits of a yoga practice. |
| WAH! YOGA |
| Based on healing from the inside out, this class combines three basic systems of Yoga: Anusura, Bihar and Kundalini. The class is as much about postures (asanas) as it is about laughing, breathing and playing games. This playful exploration encourages the student to explore the path of spiritual awakening. Open to all students, this class is an effective way to dissolve “energetic blockages in your body, mind and life.” |
